Integrating AI to Drive Enterprise Productivity and Decision Confidence
The Intelligent Broker Portal extends the core Producer Toolbox by integrating predictive insights and automated intelligence to support brokers in an enterprise environment. With brokerage data increasing in scale and complexity, the organization needed a platform that not only consolidates client, quote, and commission data but also guides brokers toward high-impact decisions and reduces manual effort across daily workflows.
As Principal Product Designer, I led the end-to-end UX strategy for integrating AI into the broker platform, translating predictive models into intuitive, workflow-embedded experiences that improved productivity and business outcomes. I partnered cross-functionally with product, data science, and engineering to align on vision, feasibility, and governance—while influencing roadmap priorities and defining measurable success metrics to ensure intelligence augmented broker decision-making at scale.

The Problem
Brokers were manually reviewing accounts, interpreting disconnected data points, and relying heavily on experience to prioritize outreach. This led to inconsistent decision-making, slower turnaround times, and missed opportunities. Traditional dashboards required interpretation rather than enabling action.
The opportunity was to shift from passive reporting to proactive, embedded intelligence.
