Producer Toolbox ReDesign

Producer Toolbox is a secure portal that allows Brokers to manage their client details applications, quotes, and view commissions. The objective of this redesign effort was to introduce a new enterprise design system, improve user navigation, and solve user pain points. The team leveraged Analytics data and user feedback to provide stunning data visualization that helps Broker view their client's details efficiently.

My role as an art director was to oversee the project, collaborate with the business and art direction. Provided design strategy and vision while staying close to business roadmap. Captured business requirements and objectives in order to provide UX solutions. Developed E2E navigation flow to enhance user navigation. I partnered with a research team to conduct usability testing and gather feedback from our stakeholders.
