Producer Toolbox ReDesign

Producer Toolbox is a secure portal that allows Brokers to manage their client details applications, quotes, and view commissions. The objective of this redesign effort was to introduce a new enterprise design system, improve user navigation, and solve user pain points. I leveraged Analytics data and user feedback to provide stunning data visualization that helps Broker view their client's details efficiently.

As a Staff UX/UI Designer, I own end-to-end design process from ideation to final product. I collaborated with the Product and System Engineering team to understand the objectives while provided design strategy solution. Developed information architect and end-to-end navigation flow to enhance user navigation. I partnered with a research team to conduct usability testing and gather feedback from our stakeholders.
