IngenioRx Mobile App

IngenioRx is a pharmacy benefit manager that allows users to get prescription drugs or refills shipped directly to your home. The strategy of the mobile app is to provide a personalized experience and improve members health outcomes in their healthcare journey. Its capabilities allow members to get refills, set up auto-refill, price a medication, find a pharmacy, and more.

As a UX Lead, I created an user-friendly and long lasting design where members can navigate their tasks easily. Intuitive UI helps members pay bills and find a pharmacy in just a click away. I provided user flows to help stakeholders understand how users navigate and interact with the features. I partnered with the business and research team to develop a testing plan to iterate our designs.
